Holton Rower

The grandson of famous sculptor Alexander Calder, Holton Rower was born in 1962 in New York City. Rower is best known for his “pour paintings”, which are created by pouring up to 50 gallons of paints over blocks or panels, allowing them to form psychedelic arrays of flowing color. He is currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
