Jonathan Harris and Sep Kamvar

Jonathan Harris and Sep Kamvar collaborated together to create We Feel Fine in 2005, a program that scans blogs for sentences containing "I feel" or "I am feeling". Four years later, they wrote a book about their findings. Harris uses elements of computer science, anthropology, art, and storytelling to make projects relating to human society, emotions, and communication. He created the world's largest time capsule, which was translated into 10 languages. He studied computer science at Princeton University. Kamvar is a Consulting Professor of Computational Mathematics at Stanford University. His research is focused on large scale data mining. He previously was the engineering lead of personalization at Google.
